HEAT EXCHANGER SYSTEMCleanco's dual heat exchangers, with working pressure up to 3000 PSI, utilize the vans engine coolant heat to provide water temperatures up to 210°F. 
VACUUM BLOWERRoots Whispair 47 DSL blower with dual oil baths and no grease fittings produces 490 CFM of airflow. Cleanco Compact units are equipped with a "Whisper Pac" silencing system that includes a Roots Whispair vacuum blower, Cleanco’s customized secondary silencer and security hose port for closed door operation. The "Whisper Pac" in combination with Cleanco’s "Flow Max" airflow technology, enhances vacuum airflow by more than 25% and is up to 15% quieter. 
HIGH PRESSURE PUMP5CP Cat Plunger pump produces 2000 PSI adjustable pressure and is electric clutch activated. 
"FLOW MAX" TECHNOLOGYCleanco's "Flow Max" airflow technology and advanced recovery tank design produces 25% more airflow over industry standards. 
RECOVERY TANKThe 100 gallon recovery tank is made of marine aluminum with a 5 step powder coating gloss finish. It also features lift out lint basket, high water auto shut off, and a sloped tank base for quick and easy draining. Optional in 120 gallon. |
